The Tiffin University men's basketball program added three more signees to their 2018 recruiting class, inking high school standouts Thomas Hickman, Nate Ward, and Jaden Terry.

Hickman comes to Tiffin via Westerville Central High School. While in attendance, the slashing point guard amassed over 1,000 career points, while averaging 19 per game. He was a 1st team All-OCC Buckeye Conference selection, 2nd team All-District 10 selection, Honorable Mention All-Ohio, and finished as the 2nd leading scorer in school history. Coach Church feels very fortunate to add such a vital piece to his class, saying "We were lucky to add Thomas to the Dragon Family this late in the process.  Thomas has the talent and the ability to be an exceptional player in our program and within the conference.  He is an explosive athlete, scorer and great defender which will give us much needed depth at the guard position.  Thomas will transition well to the college level because of the coaching and level of play at Westerville Central."

Nate Ward, the son of Tiffin University Hall of Famer Jeff Ward, comes to Tiffin from Gahanna Lincoln High School. The 6'5" small forward averaged 9.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game while attending, was a three-time Dispatch Player of the Week, and was a three year letterman. Coach Church is excited to add such a versatile and athletic player, saying "We couldn't be happier that Nate has decided to join our program.  Nate is an incredible athlete with a great work ethic who has an extremely high ceiling of potential.  Nate's father Jeff is our all-time leading scorer here at Tiffin and we love the fact that Nate chose to come to TU to forge his own path in a Dragon uniform."

Jaden Terry is a scrappy 5'9" point guard from Lawrence Central High School in Indiana. While in high school, Terry averaged 9.0 points and 4.0 assists per game. Coach Church knows what he's getting with Terry, saying "I've had a chance to watch Jaden for a few years now having coached in Indiana and his maturity and basketball IQ has always impressed me.  He's going to be a great floor general within our program and having him on the court and within the program will be like having another coach."

These three additions are the final pieces to Tiffin's 2018 recruiting class, having already added Brien Wilson, Joshua Williams, and Kade Hilles.
