Solid Week: Austin Adams averaged a double-double last week for Tiffin, pouring 19 points per game while collecting 10.5 boards. Adams finished with 17 points on 80% shooting in Tiffin's win over Davenport, and then posted 21 points and 12 rebounds in a tough overtime loss to Wayne State.

Road Dogs: Ferris State is the No.3 team in the nation, and they've been dominant both at home and on the road. Ferris State's lone loss came at the hands of Lake Superior State, which was on the road. The Bulldogs are still averaging over 80 points in road games, and are committing less than 12 turnovers.

Career Highlight: Alex Brown needed only two boards to become the first player in Tiffin history to achieve 1,000 points, 500 rebounds, and 200 assists and on Saturday against Wayne State Brown hit the mark with seven rebounds. In the Tiffin record book he is 18th in scoring (1220), 14th in rebounding (505), 5th in steals (149), 8th in career made three-pointers, and 10th in career made free throws (214).

Rim Protectors: The Bulldogs are a mean bunch when it comes to rejections. Ferris State leads the GLIAC in blocks per game (6.6), and are 4th in the nation in blocks per game. The Bulldogs lead the nation in total blocks (147), and Zach Hankins is the big reason why. The Bulldogs center is 3rd in the nation in blocks per game (3.35) and 2nd in total blocks (77).

Rolling With The Waves: The Lakers have won 3 of their last 4 games, and this past week they dominated the opposition. Lake Superior State won their two GLIAC games by an average of 27 points.

Foreign Waters: The Lakers are 17-5 overall, but the road hasn't been kind. LSSU is 3-4 on the road and shoot considerably worse when outside their gym. The Lakers hit almost 10% less three-pointers on the road, and their free throw shooting percentage drops to 65.3%.

Stretching The Defense: The Dragons are knocking down 37.1% of their three-pointers, ranking 4th in the GLIAC. If Tiffin can keep up this pace they will set a new single season record for three-point shooting percentage since becoming a NCAA Division II team.
