Tiffin University's athletic programs are working to become more involved within the community through the help of the newly-established Dragon Buddy program.

The program is designed to pair one of TU's athletic teams with a child who is diagnosed with a terminal illness or who is suffering from another affliction.

TU's football team has hosted two children since the start of the program this year, said Stephanie Smith, associate head athletic trainer at TU.
