Pipkin and Holland Earn Super Region 4 Honors

Antonio Pipkin and Charles Holland were both selected to the Don Hansen All-Super Region 4 2nd Team.

Pipkin and Holland connected 77 different times this past season, leading to 1,129 yards and 11 touchdowns. Over the course of his career, Pipkin found Charles 170 times, for 2,343 yards and 27 touchdowns. Holland accounted for 31% of Pipkin's career touchdown passes, 21% of his passing yards, and 17% of his completions.

For Antonio, this is his second selection to the All-Super Region 4 Team. Antonio, a 4-time All-GLIAC selection, was named GLIAC Player of the Year this past season, earned a 1st team All-GLIAC selection, and earned an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl played on January 28, in Mobile, Alabama at 12:30 pm ET. Antonio holds seven Tiffin University career records and four GLIAC career records. In the NCAA Division II record book, Pipkin is 13th all-time in career total offense, 19th in career total offense per game, 27th in career passing yards, and is only the 3rd quarterback to ever accumulate at least 2,000 yards rushing and throw for at least 10,000 yards.

Charles Holland finished 2016 with one of the best seasons in Tiffin history, surpassing the 1,000-yard barrier for the first time in his career. He is only the second receiver to finish with 1,000 or more yards since Tiffin entered the GLIAC, and is only the 6th wide receiver ever to reach 1,000 yards receiving. Charles' 77 receptions ranks 2nd in Tiffin's record book, and his 27 career receiving touchdowns are 2nd all-time in TU history, trailing only former Dragon and NFL wide receiver Nate Washington.
