Austin Harper

 

Austin Harper enters his third year as an assistant coach with the Dragons in 2023-24, where he works with the hitters and infielders and is involved in the program’s recruiting efforts. 

Prior to his time at Tiffin, he spent time as a player and as an assistant coach for the Galion Graders of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League. During the summer of 2021, he served as the Head Assistant for the Graders. In the summer of 2022, Austin coached for the Palm Beach Snowbirds of the Collegiate League of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, Florida. 

Harper is an alumnus of Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio. During his time as a player, he was a 4-year starter on the infield and at DH. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2021. Harper is also pursuing an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Change.
