Tiffin University outfielder, Brayden Callihan, was named to the Google Cloud CoSida Baseball Academic All-District 1st Team on Monday. The award honors student-athletes for their accomplishment on and off the playing field. 

Brayden, a junior at Tiffin, posted a 3.68 GPA in the major of sports and recreation management. On the diamond, the switch-hitting corner outfielder finished the year leading Tiffin in batting average (.335), hits (55), runs (45), walks (28), stolen bases (8), and in on-base percentage (.439).  

Callihan will now advance to Google Cloud Academic All-America ballot with first and second team honorees to be announced in June.
