Callihan And Fraley Earn GLIAC Recognition

The Tiffin University baseball team had a pair of players selected to the Honorable Mention All-GLIAC team on Wednesday evening, seeing outfielder Brayden Callihan and right-handed pitcher Luke Fraley earn the honor.

For Callihan it is the first GLIAC accolade of his career, finishing tied for the team lead in hits with 49, while leading Tiffin in three other offensive categories. Brayden finished with a team high 28 walks, eight stolen bases, and a .430 on-base percentage. Callihan was steady in the field for the Dragons, posting 88 putouts and seven outfield assists.

The honor is the 2nd of Luke Fraley's successful career at Tiffin, finishing the year with four victories on the mound. Luke led the Dragons' pitching staff in starts (11), complete games (3), innings pitched (62.1), and finished 2nd on the team with 44 strikeouts. For his career, Fraley has accumulated 14 victories, 218 innings pitched, and 176 strikeouts.
