Tiffin University catcher John Heckman had a week to remember, compiling a .667 batting average with 10 hits, four doubles, a home run, and 11 runs batted in. Heckman finished all four games this past week with at least two hits, including two games with three hits. The redshirt junior finished with six runs batted in against Malone in a non-conference game, and finished a three game set with Wayne State with seven hits and five runs batted in. John posted a .650 on base percentage and a 1.133 slugging percentage while also scoring seven runs.
