Dean Joseph (1993-96) is one of the top offensive players in Tiffin University men's soccer history. He earned NAIA All-American honors while leading the Dragons soccer program to a Mid-Ohio Conference Championship in 1995. Dean also garnered two All-Great Lakes Region and District 22 honors over his career as well as three All-Conference citations. He excelled in the classroom, earning NAIA Scholar Athlete notice, and finished his career fifth in goals scored. He helped lead the Dragons to a four-year record of 59-29, including a 26-4 mark in the MOC. He earned his degree in Business Administration and currently works as Head Women's Soccer Coach at Mississippi Valley State University. He resides in Jackson, Mississippi.
