
Charlotte Campbell led the way for the Tiffin women's cross country team at the Ranger Open on Saturday afternoon with a second place finish.
The Dragons placed third of four teams in Kenosha, Wisconsin with a total time of 2:09:03 and a score of 63.
Campbell continues her strong season thus far with a second place finish in the 6K with a final time of 23:25.2. She finished over two minutes ahead of the next finishing Dragon which was Greta Macadam (25:56.4) in 12th place. Hot on her heels was Audrey Sanzone in 13th with a time of 25:58.7.
Two more runners finished in the top-20 including Zaynah Tate (26:24.6) in 16th and Caitlyn Pokorny (27:18.6) in 20th. Rounding out the scoring for Tiffin was Allison Henegar in 21st place with a time of 27:21.0 and Caitlin Weitzel in 23rd with a time of 27:29.4.
Tiffin will be back in action next weekend as it travels to Romeoville, Illinois for the Lewis Crossover Invite on Saturday, October 7th.
