Dragons women's cross team tabbed 11th in G-MAC poll

The Tiffin University women's cross country team has been projected to finish 11th in the 2019-20 season, as the Great Midwest Athletic Conference released its annual preseason poll.

Walsh clipped Hillsdale College for the top spot 144-130, garnering 12 of the 13 first place votes. Cedarville was also a close third with 123 points. Malone and Findlay round out the top five of the 13-team league.

Tiffin had 39 points, trailing Trevecca Nazarene by 9 points. The Dragons finished  just ahead of Kentucky Wesleyan and Lake Erie. 

The Dragons finished 11th at the G-MAC Championships last year, with Jada Gilliam crossing the line in 78th of 117 runners with a time of 27:18.6.
