Tiffin University competed at the Missouri Valley Open with Juliana Alejandro placing 7th overall. 

Alejandro (101 pounds) opened with two wins, pinning Simon Fraser in 2:07 and outpointing Campbellsville 7-0. She then fell in the quarterfinals to Missouri Baptist 8-4. 

Alejandro bounced back on day two with a 3-2 win over McKendree to secure a place, but then fell to Midland by fall in 3:31.

Madeline Meyers (136) also got two wins. She pinned Colorado Mesa in 2:41 and also pinned Friends University in 3:40. She fell by tech fall 10-0 to Grand View before being knocked out of the Open by fall to Texas Wesleyan in 1:30.

Paige Lenhardt also got two wins. She beat Colorado Mesa by fall in 2:54 then lost to McKendree 13-0. She bounced back to beat York 10-0 before finally falling by fall to Hastings in 1:30.
