Shore tops in nation for 7th-ranked Dragons

Olivia Shore is the top-ranked women's wrestler in NCAA Division II at 101 pounds, as Tiffin University also made a big jump in the national polls.

Tiffin rose four spots to No. 7 in the country with 32 points. King led the field with 102 followed by McKendree with 85. North Central was third followed by Simon Fraser, Colorado Mesa, and Augsburg.

Shore has used the strong start to her season to grab the attention of the national raters. She has posted a stellar 17-1 record so far this season with 10 pins and is second on the team with 106 points.

Two other Dragons were also ranked. Sugey Ceja (116 pounds) is third in the nation and holds a 9-2 overall record with 89 points. Nia Miranda (143) is ranked 6th with a 12-2 record and 94 points.
