Tiffin University's women's wrestling team competed in the Desert Duals in Las Vegas, Nevada, with two teams seeing action.

Tiffin's A team went 2-1 overall, beating Ottawa-Arizona 50-0 and Dixie State 53-6 while falling to North Central 34-19. The B squad finished 0-3, with losses to Dixie State 29-19, North Central (B) 46-10, and Ottawa-Arizona 25-21.

The Dragons swept every weight class against Ottawa-Arizona. TU opened with three straight tech falls. Olivia Shore (109) won 11-0, Sugey Ceja (116) won 10-0, and Solana Mottola (123) won 12-0. Ariana Carrasquillo (130) got a pin, as did Taylor Hites (155) in 1:08 and Hollie Espinoza (191) in 41 seconds. Michal Buska (136) and Taryn Martin (170) won by forfeit.

TU also dominated against Dixie State, dropping just one weight class and posting five pins. Ceja got a pin in 27 ticks, Mottola took just 30 seconds, Buska got a pin in 1:19, Miranda flattened her opponent in 28 seconds, and Hites got her pin in 1:13. Trinity Oredina (101) won by tech fall 10-0, while Shore, Martin, and Espinoza won by forfeit.

Against North Central, TU got four wins. Oredina picked up a pin in 1:46 while Hites also got a pin in 1:56. Ceja won 14-5, and Miranda won a close 6-2 decision.

For the B team, the Dragons got three wins against Dixie State. Grace Jones (116) got a pin in 1:06, Stephanie Mondragon (123) also won by fall in 1:07, and Oredina won via forfeit.

Against North Central, Oredina got a 12-6 win and Jones picked up a pin victory in 2:32. 

Lastly, TU got four wins early but could not win over the last five weight classes to get the win. Jones got a pin in 1:01, while Mondragon won by fall in 1:49, and Sairra Tapp (130) pinned her opponent in 2:30. Oredina also got a 12-5 victory.
