Olivia Shore and Sugey Ceja were both ranked nationally in their weight class, as the Tiffin University women's wrestling team also found itself ranked nationally.

The Dragons were tied for 11th in the latest NWCA NCAA Division II poll with UW-Stevens Point and Sacred Heart and just 3 points behind 10th-ranked Adrian. King topped the poll with 101 points followed by McKendree with 94 and North Central and Simon Fraser with 70 each.

Individually Shore was placed 3rd in the nation at 101 pounds after her red hot start to the 2021-22 season. Shore is currently 8-0 on the season, with 6 pins and two victories over ranked opponents. She won both the East Stroudsburg Open and the Missouri Valley Open as a true freshman.

Ceja is ranked 8th at 116 pounds, currently posting a 6-2 record with 3 tech fall victories. She is also second on the team with 59 points.
