Hurles served for six seasons as Head Coach at TU, compiling a 96-70 overall record. The team finished 15-17 in 2022, reaching the G-MAC Tournament Final Four.

The team also made strong postseason runs in 2019 and 2020, reaching the G-MAC Championship game in both seasons.

In 2018, Hurles led Tiffin to their best season since 2006 with a 21-11 overall record and a 15-4 mark in their first season in the G-MAC. That mark was third-highest in the conference and earned the 3-seed in the West Division in the G-MAC playoffs. From Aug. 31-Sept. 22, Hurles' squad won 11-straight games, tying the mark for longest winning streak in TU history that was held by the 1991 team.

Hurles' first year with Tiffin in 2017 was one for the record books, seeing her team win 20 games. The 20-win season was the first for Tiffin as an NCAA Division II program.

A national search will begin immediately for a new head coach to grow the accomplishments for the program and to focus on building an enriching experience for the Tiffin University volleyball players.
