The Tiffin University volleyball team went 1-1 last week with a win over Ohio Valley. The Dragons will battle Hillsdale on Tuesday, Feb. 23 with a 7 p.m. start.

Dragon Details

Tiffin went 1-1 last week with a 3-0 win over Ohio Valley. The Dragons are third in the conference in opponent hitting percentage holding them to .092, third in assists with 12.57 per set, first in digs with 20.00 per set, and fourth in kills with 13.40 per set. 

Grace Schreiber is eighth in the conference in points per set with 3.73, fourth in the conference in hitting percentage at .366, and tenth in the conference in kills per set at 3.10. 

Loryn Huffman is second in the conference in assists averaging 11.10 per set and teammate Sam Fallis is first in the conference in digs with 6.03 per set.

The Chargers are 3-0 in their last three games with wins over Ashland, Davenport, and Lake Erie.

The Chargers are led by Karoline Shelton who is second in the conference in points per set at 4.64, second in kills with 3.96 per set, seventh in hitting percentage at .325, and second in service aces at 0.56 per set, along with teammate Allyssa Van Wienen who is third in the conference in points per set averaging 4.46, first in the conference in hitting percentage at .418, sixth in the conference in kills averaging 3.30 per set, third in blocks at 1.09 per set, and eighth in service aces at 0.43 per set. 

The Chargers lead the all-time series against the Dragons 17-2, with their last meeting coming November 23, 2019 in the 2019 GMAC Championship when Hillsdale won 3-1.
