Coming on the heels of Tiffin University's 3-0 win over Kentucky Wesleyan, the Dragons also celebrated their debut in the AVCA Division II national rankings.

Tiffin was ranked 19th in the latest poll, their highest showing ever as a Division II program. It marked a good showing by the GMAC as well, as Hillsdale continued as the top ranked team in the nation. Walsh was 11th, followed by Findlay (13th), and Ohio Dominican (20th). Cedarville also received votes.

The Dragons are currently 4-1, with wins over Ursuline, Trevecca Nazarene, Lake Erie, and Kentucky Wesleyan. Their lone setback was against 11th-ranked Walsh 3-0.

Tiffin ranks highly in a number of national stat categories. They are 2nd in attacks per set and 4th in digs per set. They rank 20th in kills per set and are also Top 25 in assists per set and opponent's hitting percentage.

Loryn Huffman is 6th in the nation in assists (10.86) while Sam Fallis is 17th in digs.
