TU sends three athletes to NCAA Championships

Tiffin University's women's track program will send three competitors to the NCAA National Championships March 10-11 at Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Rajiah Andrews, Ines Macadam, and Brook Boes will compete in four total events in Virginia.

Andrews will compete in both the 60 meters and the 60-meter hurdles. Her time of 7.42 in the 60 is seeded 10th nationally, while her mark of 8.56 in the hurdles is 13th. Andrews is a five-time All American, four times in indoor competition covering both events.

Macadam will compete in the 800 meters. Her time of 2:10.02 is 13th overall. Macadam has earned All American honors in the 800 meters twice in both indoor and outdoor seasons.

Lastly, Boes will compete in the shot put, where her toss of 14.64 is seeded 12th nationally. Boes is a two-time All American, both in outdoor competition last spring and once in shot put.
