Tiffin women's track competes at Iowa, Findlay

Tiffin University's women's track and field squad competed at both the University of Findlay and the University of Iowa.

The Dragons finished 8th of 11 teams in Iowa while taking third at Findlay.

Tiffin hit three provisional marks in Iowa. Brook Boes was 4th in the shot put with 14.04 meters, while Rajiah Andrews was 7th in the 60 meters in 7.66. Boes also hit a provo mark in the weight throw with 18.17 meters.

Andrews also took 5th in the 60 hurdles in 8.87 and 10th in the 200 in 25.39. 

C'airra Carter took 4th in the high jump with 1.55 meters, and Samantha Smith and Elliott Pennell tied for 8th in the pole vault with 3.40 meters.

At Findlay, Amirah Strauther came in third in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.17 and Emily Curtice came in seventh with a time of 9.77.

Morgan Foos and Emma Zibbel came in third in the high jump with a mark of 1.57  meters.

Harley West finished fourth in the shot put with a throw of 12.73 meters, Emily Curtice was fifth with a mark of 12.03 meters, and Sydney Ham came in sixth with a mark of 11.79 meters.

Chelsea Janis came in sixth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.13 and Lily Hollibaugh finished eighth with a time of 8.25.

Olivia Ward came in fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 3.38 meters and Onalee Keysor finished fifth with a mark of 3.08 meters.
