The Tiffin University women's track and field squad participate on day one of the GMAC Outdoor Championship meet.

Madeline Hayes led the team as she was fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 3.69 meters and Samantha Smith was eighth with a mark of 3.69 meters.

In the women's hammer throw, Brook Boes finished 16th with 45.01 meters while Brittany Devall was 19th with 43.00 meters.

Competition continues on May 5.
