Gwinner, Andrews, Macadam lead GMAC Indoor Track honorees

Marisa Gwinner was named GMAC Co-Field Athlete of the Year as the GMAC announced its 2021-22 Indoor Track and Field award recipients.

Gwinner joined Rajiah Andrews and Ines Macadam as First Team honorees for the Dragons.

Gwinner shared the Field Athlete of the Year honor with Nikita Maines of Hillsdale. Gwinner posted GMAC Indoor championships in the high jump and long jump.

This marks the fourth consecutive year that a Tiffin women's track athlete has been named Indoor Field Athlete of the Year (Jazilee Williams - 2020 and 2021, Miaisha Blair - 2019). 

Andrews won the 60-meter dash championship, while Macadam was the winner in the 800 meters and the 4000-meter medley.

Taking Third Team honors were Sidney Richardson (4000m Medley), Allison Henegar (4000m Medley), Amirah Strauther (60m Hurdles), and Mercedeez Francis (High Jump).
