The Tiffin University Women's Track and Field team had four members named All-Region for the 2021 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field season by the USTFCCCA.

Rajiah Andrews led the group with two All-Region Honors in the 100-meter dash (17th in the nation) and the 100-meter hurdles (18th in the nation), Nicole Berry received All-Region in the shot put (ninth in the nation), and teammates Mercedeez Francis (13th in the nation) and Marisa Gwinner (sixth in the nation) were named All-Region in the high jump. 

These four also qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championships that will be held at Grand Valley State University on May 27-29 in Allendale, Michigan.
