Five All American showings by Tiffin University's women's track and field squad highlighted the day at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mercedeez Francis had the day's best showing, finishing second overall in the high jump with a clearance of 1.74 meters. Francis's effort bested her previous mark of 1.73, which had her ranked 7th coming into the event. Teammate Marisa Gwinner took third and also cleared 1.74 meters with one more attempt than Francis.

Jazilee Williams topped her Second Team All American honor in the pentathlon by taking 8th in the long jump with a leap of 5.78 meters, good for First Team honors.

Rajiah Andrews failed to make the cut to the finals in the 60 hurdles but still finished 10th overall, crossing the line in 8.88 seconds. The effort landed her a Second Team All American nod.

Nicole Berry also got Second Team honors with a 12th place showing in the shot put. Berry had a toss of 13.04 meters.

Tiffin's final women's track competitor was Madeline Hayes in the pole vault. Hayes placed 14th overall with a vault of 3.80 meters.

Gwinner is now a four-time All American in the high jump, winning a national outdoor title in 2019 after finishing 3rd at indoors the same year. Last season she had one of the best marks in the nation before the championships were canceled due to Covid-19.

Berry is a two-time All American shot putter, while Francis (high jump) and Andrews (60 hurdles) also have earned two All American honors in their events.
