Tiffin University's women's tennis team opened its 2021-22 season at the Findlay Invitational. 

In the opening round, TU picked up some solid singles victories. Carina Avram defeated Linda Liong (Wayne State) 6-3, 6-0; Emily Barrett beat Anais Ruyssen (Wayne State) 6-3, 0-6, 10-3; Anaelle Lepinay def. Marta Komar (Wayne State) 5-3, retired; and Sharanya Shetty def. Brianna Douglas (Wayne State) 6-1, 6-0. Suki Mandair (Wayne State) def. Shea Foster 6-1, 6-2, while Sabrina Laynes (Wayne State) def. Jessica Peace (Tiffin) 6-4, 6-0.

In the next round, Selina Karg (Bowling Green) def. Carina Avram (Tiffin) 6-0, 6-1, Emily Barrett def. Ioanna Tsadari (Bowling Green) 6-3, 4-6, 10-5, Annika Vetter (Bowling Green) def. Sharanya Shetty 6-4, 6-4, Anaelle Lepinay def. Maru Poppe (Bowling Green) 6-1, 3-6, 12-10, Ines Iglesias (Bowling Green) def. Shea Foster (Tiffin) 6-1, 6-0, and Florencia Fuentes (Bowling Green) def. Dominique Reynolds (Tiffin) 6-2, 6-1.

In doubles play, Carina Avram/Emily Barrett def. Linda Liong/Marta Komar (Wayne State) 7-6, Laura Cazacu/Anais Ruyssen (Wayne State) def. Shea Foster/Jessica Peace 6-3, and Sharanya Shetty/Anaelle Lepinay def. Brianna Douglas/Suki Mandair (Wayne State) 6-4.
