Dragons fall to unbeaten Lakers 5-2

Tiffin University will battle for third place at the GLAIC Women's Tennis Tournament following their 5-2 loss to unbeaten Grand Valley State 5-2 at Midland, Michigan.

The Dragons will take on Northwood at 8:15 am on Oct. 29. Earlier this season TU fell to Northwood 7-2 in their second match of the season.

Anais Geslin figured in both of Tiffin's wins against the Lakers. She won her singles match 6-2, 6-1 while teaming with Juliette Sirgant to win 9-8 in doubles play.

Adel Musina/Emily Sim fell 8-4 while Milah Ryland/Lauren Prince also lost 8-1 as Grand Valley State held a 2-1 lead entering singles play.

Prince fell in her singles match in a three set war, falling 6-4, 4-6, 6-1, while Musina also lost 6-3, 6-2 and Abbie-Jade Riley lost 6-0, 6-0.
