TU edges Racers 5-4

The Tiffin University Women's Tennis team started their season off strong with a 5-4 victory over the UNOH Racers on Saturday. The Dragons had a different look in their lineup as injuries have plagued the team.

The lone victory for the Dragons at doubles came at the new pairing of Brozovich/Avram as they took down Lacerda/Vispoel of UNOH in a tight tiebreaker. The Dragons were victorious 8-6 (9-8).

The other two doubles matches didn't go as well for TU as the usual dominant pair of Nelhage/Kaye lost 5-8 to Lopez/Marques of UNOH while the new pairing of Musina/Sim lost 2-8 to Scheider/Reshetnikova of UNOH.

The Dragons were able to make up ground as they entered singles play trailing the Racers 1-2.
