Kristen Dickison has been named GMAC Offensive Player of the Year.

Dickison landed the honor as the conference released its 2022 All-GMAC honorees as selected by vote of the conference coaches.

She was also the Dragons' lone selection, garnering First Team honors after a historic season for the Dragons.

During her season, she set new TU Division II records for season goals and points as well as a new TU Division II career record with 30 goals. She is also second all time for TU in Division II points with 63.

Nationally Dickison is second only to Lila Dere of Colorado Mesa's 22 goals. Dere scored those 22 goals on 110 shots, while Dickison netted her 19 on just 63 shots.

Dickison placed high in the national rankings in game-winning goals (3rd), 5th in goals per game and total points, and 8th in points per game.

She nearly doubled her goal amount (10 goals in 2021 to 19 in 2022) while doing the same for her point totals (22 points to 39 points).

The Dragons finished with 8 victories in 2022, their most wins in 10 years. The team continues to improve and just missed a GMAC tournament spot this season.
