Women’s Soccer Falls to Ursuline 5-1

The Tiffin women's soccer team was defeated by conference opponent Ursuline 5-1.

The Arrows improve to 6-10 overall and 5-9 in the conference, while the Dragons fall to 5-11-1 overall and 5-7-2 in the conference. 

Ursuline outplayed the Dragons in the first half, scoring four unanswered goals, outshooting Tiffin 20-2 with 10 shots on target compared to the Dragons' one. 

The Dragons were able to stop the bleeding in the 59th minute as Kristen Dickison was able to score a goal to bring the score to 4-1. This was Dickison's 10th goal this season, making her the first women's soccer player to score double-digit goals since Ashley Davis scored 11 goals in the 2009-2010 season. The Arrows added another goal in the 63rd minute and went on to win 5-1.

Ursuline outshot the Dragons 23-17 with 16 shots on goal compared to Tiffin's six. 

Malea Nelson played all 90 minutes for Tiffin, making seven saves in the game while allowing five goals.
