Women’s Soccer Prepares for Senior Day

The Tiffin University women's soccer team will host Ursuline on Thursday, October 28 with kickoff set for 3:30 p.m. Then, on Saturday, October 30 they will honor their seniors before a matchup against Findlay set for a 12:00 p.m. start.

Dragon Details: 

The Dragons went 1-1 last week in conference play with a win over Lake Erie.

The Dragons' offense is led by Kristen Dickison who scored seven goals and two assists on the season. Kim Nagel is also having a stellar season as she has one goal and four assists and newcomer Hannah Rittenhouse has recorded three goals so far this season. 

Tiffin has two capable goalies on their roster with Molly Miller and Malea Nelson. Miller has started seven games, played 633:21 minutes, with a 1.56 goals-against average, and a .823 save percentage, while Nelson has started seven games, playing 650 minutes, a 2.63 goals-against average, and a .740 save percentage.

 

Scouting the Arrows:

Ursuline went 1-1 last week with a win against Walsh.

The Arrows' offense is led by Nicola Ehrbar having registered five goals and one assist, Kelsey Lee with four goals, and Odessa Strizzi with three goals and one assist so far this season. 

Starting goalie for Ursuline is Kathy Reich who has started 10 games with a 3-7 record, 2.76 goals-against average, and a .697 save percentage.

The Arrows lead the all-time series against the Dragons 4-3, with their last meeting coming on March 11, 2021, when the Dragons won 1-0.

 

Scouting the Oilers:

Findlay was 1-0-1 last week with a win against Lake Erie.

The Oilers' offense is led by Olivia Frank having registered four goals and one assist, teammate Madeline Nartker has recorded two goals and five assists, and Sam Francis has four goals on the season. The Oilers have six players with five points or more this season. 

Starting goalie for Findlay is Kennedy Slovak who has started 14 games with a 10-1-3 record, 0.58 goals-against average, and a .892 save percentage.

The Oilers lead the all-time series against the Dragons 23-12-2, with their last meeting coming on April 24, 2021, when the Oilers won 3-0.
