The Tiffin University women's soccer team will Travel to conference opponent Ashland on Thursday, October 21 with kickoff set for 4:00 p.m. Then, on Saturday, October 23 they face Lake Erie for a 3:00 p.m. start.

Dragon Details:

The Dragons went 0-1 last week in conference play.

The Dragons' offense is led by Kristen Dickison who scored seven goals and two assists on the season. Kim Nagel is also having a stellar season as she has one goal and four assists and newcomer Hannah Rittenhouse has recorded two goals so far this season.

Tiffin has two capable goalies on their roster with Molly Miller and Malea Nelson. Miller has started six games and played 543:21 minutes, with a 1.82 goals-against average, and a .792 save percentage, while Nelson has started six games playing 560 minutes, a 2.57 goals-against average, and a .738 save percentage.

 

Scouting the Eagles:

Ashland went 2-0 last week with a win against Cedarville and Kentucky Wesleyan.

The Eagles' offense is led by McKenley Mendenhall having registered five goals and one assist, Tori Baker has recorded four goals and one assist, and Bailey Clark has recorded four goals and one assist so far this season.

Starting goalie for Ashland is Bri Rogers who has started 10 games with 9-0-1 record, 0.38 goals-against average, and a .879 save percentage.

The Eagles lead the all-time series against the Dragons 14-6-1, with their last meeting coming on Sept. 1, 2018, when the Eagles won 2-1.

 

Scouting the Storm:

Lake Erie was 0-2 last week in conference play. 

The Storm offense is led by Jillian Newlan with two goals and teammate Megan Cornell with one goal. 

Starting goalie for Lake Erie is Megan Biddell who has started 11 games with 2-7-2 record, 1.22 goals-against average, and a .837 save percentage.

The Dragons lead the all-time series against the Storm 6-5-1, with their last meeting coming on April 15, 2021, when the Dragons won 1-0.
