Dean Joseph has resigned as Head Women's Soccer Coach.

Joseph moves on to the Greater Toledo Futbol Club to serve as Girl's Director of Coaching. He will help oversee the development of girl's youth soccer throughout the area.

Joseph helped lead the Dragons in their 2020-21 season to a 4-5-1 record. The Dragons posted their most wins and best winning percentage in four years during Joseph's debut as Head Coach.

"I would like to thank Lonny Allen for giving me this amazing opportunity to coach at my alma mater," said Joseph. "I am so grateful to him for having the faith in me.  I am so proud of what the players accomplished this past season. They made so many people proud and I know with the incoming class that they have the potential to do anything they want to do. Tiffin is an amazing institution with so many wonderful people and I am really sad to be leaving. However, the GTFC gave me this opportunity to be the Girls Director of Coaching. It was something I just could not refuse. It is an amazing organization and I have this incredible opportunity to impact thousands of kids. Hopefully, some future Dragons."

"I am happy for Dean," said Athletic Director Lonny Allen. "He is getting a position that he will excel in. I want to thank him for coming back to Tiffin, turning the program around, and making us a contender again. He has helped instill the pride in our women's program that was there in the past. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and, as a Hall of Fame member of Tiffin University athletics, I hope he visits often."

A national search will begin immediately for the next head coach.
