Tiffin University (4-4-1, 4-4-1 GMAC) fell behind in the first half and battled back but came up just short, falling 2-1 in their regular season finale at Findlay.

The Dragons, who will see postseason action for the first time since 2017 in the GMAC Quarterfinals April 24 against an opponent TBA, trailed 2-0 at halftime. Hannah Rybicki got a goal in the 33rd minute and the Oilers added another  one in the 41st minute when Sage Schnell scored.

The Dragons got on the board in the 52nd minute on an unassisted goal by Lauryn Grcic, but TU could only get one more shot off over the remainder of the game. TU put a shot on goal in the 81st minute but it was saved to preserve the lead and the win for the Oilers.

Overall Findlay led 14-6 in shots while TU held a 4-1 edge in corner kicks.

Marissa Nugent took the loss in goal, making 3 saves in 90 minutes.
