Schumacher and Van Meter Lead the Way After Round 1

The Dragons currently sit in fourth place overall out of 11 teams at the Ferris Lady Bulldog Fall Invitational.

Participating in its second tournament in as many days, Tiffin places fourth after one round of play with a score of 312. The Dragons are just two strokes behind third place Grand Valley State.

Lisa Marie Schumacher and Jordan Van Meter lead the way for Tiffin after both scoring a 77 in round one on the par-72 Katke Golf Course. The pair sit in a tie for ninth place out of a total of 69 golfers. Jeanne Dolle trails them by just one stroke with a score of 78.

Abby Thompson places tied for 21st following round one with a score of 80 followed by Alexis Zimmer rounding out the scoring with an 85. Trynity Wolfe participates as an individual and is currently 63rd with a score of 93.

The tournament continues tomorrow as the Dragons look to build upon their performance in round two.
