Tiffin University improved considerably in round three but could not rise in the standings, finishing 17th at the NCAA National Championships in Eureka, Missouri.

TU chopped 14 strokes off its round two score, improving from 321 to 307, just four strokes off its round one score of 303. They finished with a three-round score of 931, just behind Augustana's 930 and ahead of Wayne State's 944.

Amanda Johansson led the Dragons in round three with 74, bettering her round-two score of 79 to finish with 229. Lisa Marie Schumacher led the Dragons overall at the tourney, shooting 226 for 37th place on rounds of 71, 79, and 76.

Alexis Savage also improved by 9 strokes on the last day, jumping from 87 to 78 to finish with 249 overall. Michaela Lindahl had 232 (75-78-79) while Jordan Van Meter had 246 (81-85-80).
