Dragons in 2nd place after two rounds of G-MAC Championships

Tiffin University was in second place after two rounds of the G-MAC Championships in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Dragons were consistent, shooting 302 in round one and 304 in round two for a 606 total. They trailed only Findlay's 585 and led by 33 strokes over third-place Walsh.

Lisa Marie Schumacher led the entire field by two strokes, opening with 74 and cutting six strokes off her score for 68 in round two to finish with 142.

Amanda Johansson and Michaela Lindahl both shot 153s, with Johansson firing 75 and 78 while Lindahl shot 73 and 80.

Alexis Savage fired twin rounds of 80 for 160, while Jordan Van Meter joined Schumacher as the lone Dragons' golfer to improve into the second round, shooting 83 and 78 to finish with 161.

The third round will be played April 28.
