Johansson takes medalist honors as TU finishes 2nd

Tiffin University came to play as it shot 607 in Blacklick, Ohio on day two of the NC4K Classic, finishing 2nd overall.

In round two action, the Dragons managed to shave 13 strokes from their previous day's total. 

The University of Indianapolis took first as they shot 598 on the trip. Ferris State followed Tiffin's 607 with 620 while Ohio Dominican University was next up with 631. Gannon took 5th as they collected 641. 

Amanda Johansson was on top of the leaderboard for the Dragons as she boasted 72 in her second round, bettering yesterday's score by 3 strokes. She tied for medalist honors on the day and subsequently won medalist honors with a playoff hole on #17.

Abby Thompson finished fourth as an individual, following with 149 on the trip. She shot 72 and 77, respectively. 

Alexis Savage followed Thompson with a 153. She shaved 5 strokes from her previous round which was good for 74. Michaela Lindahl shot twin 77s which totaled 154 on the trip. She tied with teammate Lisa Marie Schumacher as she too added a 154. Schumacher bettered her day one score by 4 strokes. Jordan Van Meter also finished with 159. 

Jeanne Dolle also finished with 166 as an individual after a second-round 83.

Next up the Dragons will travel to the Walsh Cavalier Classic in North Canton April 17-18.
