Tiffin University was in 7th place after two rounds of the National Preview held in Eureka, Missouri.

The Dragons showed strong improvement from round one to round two, opening with 318 but cutting 13 strokes off that score for 305 in round two. They finished the day with a 623 total.

Dallas Baptist led the field with 594, followed by West Texas A&M with 606, Missouri-St. Louis with 610, and Henderson State with 611.

Lisa Marie Schumacher and Amanda Johansson tied for 15th overall with identical rounds of 78 and 76 for 154.

Jordan Van Meter showed the most improvement from round one to two, improving from 81 to 75 for 156. Alexis Savage (81-78) chopped off three strokes for a 159 total, and Michaela Lindahl (82-79) did the same for a 161 mark.

Golfing as individuals Abby Thompson shot 156, while Jeanne Dolle finished with 167.

Play concludes with a single round on Oct. 11.
