Tiffin University finished 4th of 15 teams at the Lady Bulldog Fall Invitational played at Big Rapids, Michigan.

Saginaw Valley State led the two-round event with a 612 total, followed closely by Ferris State with 620, Wayne State with 622, and the Dragons with 624.

TU opened with 316 in round one then followed it up by chopping 8 strokes off for 308 in round two.

Lisa Marie Schumacher led the Dragons with a fifth-place finish, staying consistent with rounds of 76 and 75 for 151.

Amanda Johansson also did well, finishing 17th. She opened with an 84 but improved tremendously in round two, cutting 11 strokes off for 73 and a 157 total.

Alexis Savage shot 158 (77-81), while Michaela Lindahl (81-79 for 160) and Jordan Van Meter (82-81 for 163) also stayed consistent.

Abby Thompson shot as an individual and did well, finishing 11th with rounds of 76 and 79 for 155. Jeanne Dolle also finished with 161 (77-84).

The Dragons will now compete at the Grand Valley State Invitational Sept. 25-26.
