Tiffin University was in 5th place of 14 teams after the first day of the NC4K College Classic.
The Dragons fired 317, 11 strokes out of first. Indianapolis led the field with 306, followed closely by Findlay with 308 and Grand Valley State and Northwood tied with 310.
All of Tiffin's golfers were within six strokes of each other. Emily Koehler led the Dragons with 77, while Amanda Johansson was also near the top with 79.
Alice Putoud was next with 80, while Alexis Savage came in at 81 and Bella Harris shot 83.
Jordan Van Meter also golfed as an individual and shot 83.
