Alice Putoud has been named GMAC Women's Golfer of the Week.

The Dragons competed at the annual William Beall Fall Classic at the Findlay Country Club on Monday, Oct. 5 and Tuesday, Oct. 6. The Dragons were among five Great Midwest teams in attendance. 

Tiffin placed third as a team with a three-round score of 958 (322-314-322). 

Alice Putoud finished second by two strokes among the 49-player field with a 54-hole score of 222 (76-70-76). Her low round of 70 (-2) marks the best round played so far this season by anyone in the conference. 

The senior ranked seventh in the Great Midwest in career individual scoring average (18 holes) heading into this season with an average of 77.93 through 41 rounds played. 

This is the fourth time Putoud has been named Great Midwest Athlete of the Week, as she won the weekly award three times in the 2018-19 season. 

The Dragons will host the Tiffin Fall Invite Saturday, Oct. 10 and Sunday, Oct. 11 at the Mohawk Golf Club.
