Sophia was a four-year letterwinner at Centerburg HS, excelling as a senior with the Scholar-Athlete Award, Division II First Team All-District, First Team Mid-Ohio Girls Golf League, All-Area First Team (Mt. Vernon News), and qualifying for Districts. She also qualified for Districts as a junior, and earned two other All-District honors and two All-Conference honors in her first three years.
