Tiffin University (13-7, 2-1 GMAC) could not hold an early lead, falling to Findlay 4-3.

TU won the doubles point by taking two of three matches. Alfredo Berlanga/Wilfredo Lara opened with a win over TU's Michael Gurtner/Matthew Telford 6-4, but the Dragons came back to take the next two. Ruben Fonga/Matthew Weaver beat Luigi Bove/Dallas Ramsey 6-3, and Gabriel de Oliveira/Cyrille Colomb pulled out a nail-biter over Octavio Carrasco/Mark Ivanov (UFM) 7-6.

TU got two singles victories but came up one win short for the victory. Ruben Fonga clipped Alfredo Berlanga 6-1, 6-3, and Matthew Telford came back to beat Wilfredo Lara 5-7, 6-0, 6-4. TU fell in straight sets in three other matches. Andrew Codita downed Matthew Weaver 6-3, 6-3, Dallas Ramsey did the same to Cyrille Colomb 6-2, 6-3, and Octavio Carrasco swept Daniel Martinez Roca 6-3, 6-3. Luigi Bove also beat Gabriel de Oliveira by retirement 4-6, 6-3, 5-0.
