Mattia Colli pulled out the deciding victory in a slim 4-3 decision for Tiffin University (9-6) against Fairmont State.

Tiffin pulled out four of the six singles matches for the victory. Colli beat Jacob Boone in straight sets 6-3, 6-4 to give the Dragons the win. Bartosz Losiak edged Ruben Fonga 6-3, 1-6, 10-8 in a marathon match to give FSU a point, but Matthew Telford played well over Elia Barozzi 6-3, 6-2 to give TU a point. FSU's Seena Saadevandi edged Matthew Weaver 7-5, 6-3, but TU bounced back with two more points as Cyrille Colomb beat David Velayos 6-3, 6-4 and Daniel Martinez Roca shaded Alex Stacy 6-2, 6-2.

The Dragons needed all the singles wins after falling in all three doubles matches. Bartosz Losiak/Elia Barozzi clipped Matthew Weaver/Ruben Fonga 6-4, Seena Saadevandi/David Velayos downed Matthew Telford/Cyrille Colomb 6-3, and Kan Watanabe/Jacob Boone defeated Ryan Gase/Gabriel de Oliveira 6-2.
