Men's swim team totals 5 First Team, 10 overall selections

Tiffin University had a total of 10 selections to the All GMAC Swim and Dive team, with five First Team picks.

Landing First Team nods were Christoph Hohenfeld, Miguel Garcia, Jordan Wright, Jonah Sumfleth, and Nick De Robles.

Honorable Mention selections went to Yun Hung Tan, Nathan Marr, Aubin Dulin, Joseph Turley, and Aaron Pirnstill.

Christoph Hohenfeld was first in the 1000 freestyle in a school record time of 9:33.56.

Miguel Garcia also won a title in the 200 IM with a B cut time of 1:50.44. He then won another title, this time in the 400 IM as he shattered his own record from last season with a B-cut time of 3:59.11. Garcia also picked up another title in the 200 butterfly, winning in 1:50.41.

Jonah Sumfleth broke the conference record in the 200 freestyle while qualifying for the finals in the prelims in the morning, and then broke that record in the finals in the evening session as he won the event with a blistering time of 1:39.22. 

Jordan Wright also continued his impressive run in the 1 meter dive, winning the event with a total of 446.40. The score shatters both the Tiffin, GMAC and meet records. Wright also won his second diving title of the tourney, totaling a school record 464.05 points in taking the gold medal in the 3 meter dive. His efforts at the tourney garnered him GMAC/MEC Diver of the Year honors.

Tiffin University's 800 freestyle relay team shattered the school record and won the GMAC/MEC title on day three. The team of Nick De Robles, Christoph HohenfeldJonah Sumfleth, and Miguel Garcia posted a new TU record time of 6:46.98, just shy of the GMAC record. The win gave De Robles a First Team honor.

The 200 medley relay team of Garcia, Tan, Hohenfeld, and Dulin also took second with a time of 1:34.07, landing Tan and Dulin Honorable Mention honors. Tiffin's 200 freestyle relay team of Nathan Marr, De Robles, Joseph Turley, and Aaron Pirnstill finished 3rd amongst GMAC schools, garnering Marr, Turley, and Pirnstill all conference honors.
