Tiffin University opened its 2019-20 men's swimming season with a trip to Wayne State.

The Dragons fell to the Warriors 148.5 to 60.5, with TU posting three first place finishes.

Nick De Robles won two events. He took first in the 200 butterfly in 1:57.88 while also winning the 500 freestyle in 4:55.76.

The other winner was Aubin Dulin, who won the 200 breaststroke in 2:09.51. Dulin also took 3rd in the 200 IM in 2:03.42.

Jonah Sumfleth had three runner-up finishes. He was second in the 200 freestyle (1:46.65), the 200 IM (2:02.85), and the 100 freestyle (48.77).

Other top finishes for TU included Christoph Hohenfeld (4th in 200 free, 2nd in 200 breaststroke) and Nathan Marr (3rd in 200 breaststroke, 4th in 100 freestyle).
