Tiffin University's men's and women's swimming and diving teams showed marked improvement in their second meeting with Ashland, with the men falling 60-45 while the women lost 85-25.

"We swam well, both yesterday and today," said Head Coach Noah Moran. "It was a little rough getting there this week, but the swimmers should now see the improvements through training. Divers while slowly getting healthy, are becoming more consistent and performing better as well.  While they are all tired, as a group we swam better races, dove more consistent, and had better times and scores."

Jonah Sumfleth was a double winner, posting victories in the 100 free in 46.91 and the 200 free in 1:43.96. Jordan Wright also posted solid scores in winning the 1 meter dive with 258.50 and the 3 meter dive in 262.80.

Yun Hung Tan got a win in the 100 butterfly in 51.53, while taking second in the 500 free in 4:51.84. Jan Suchan also won the 100 backstroke in 51.22, while the 400 free relay team of Sumfleth, Suchan, Tan, and Matthew Laporte also won in 3:13.91.
