Tiffin University returns to G-MAC competition this week with trips to Findlay and Trevecca Nazarene.

Findlay enters on a three-game winning streak to start their season, sporting a 3-0 record, 1-0 in G-MAC play. Their G-MAC victory was a big one over Ohio Valley 2-1 in double overtime. Coming on the heels of a narrow 1-0 win over Shepherd, it sparked the Oilers to an offensive explosion in their last game against Daemen, which they won 5-0.

Overall Findlay has outscored their opponents 8-1 this season. Josh Dickinson leads the attack with 2 goals and 2 assists, while David Hug also has 2 goals. 

Goalkeeper Andrew Boulton was also recently named G-MAC Defensive Player of the Week. He has a miniscule 0.32 GAA with 15 saves so far this season.

Trevecca, meanwhile, has been outscored 6-5 this season and holds a 1-2 overall mark. They open G-MAC play against Kentucky Wesleyan on Sept. 18. They opened their season with losses to Union 3-2 and Bellarmine 3-1 before winning their last game against Oakland City 2-0.

Tadg McEvoy leads the Trojans offense with 2 goals, while Bryce-Austin Wahy also has a goal and an assist. Juan Cernas has 2 assists, while Will Thompson is the top netminder, holding a 1.50 GAA.

The Dragons are coming off another solid week, tying Saginaw Valey State 0-0 in double overtime before beating Northwood 1-0 in two road contests. 

The team has not allowed a goal yet this season, posting their fourth straight shutout, and are averaging just 3 shots on goal allowed per game. Against Northwood, TU did not allow a shot on goal until just 17 seconds remained in the game, which goalkeeper Dylan Morris stopped to preserve the victory.

Leo Hasenstab leads the offense so far with 3 goals, while Caleb Gibbons has 2 assists. Dylan Morris is perfect with a 0.00 GAA and 12 saves.
