Tiffin University continued to exhibit an vise-like defense, holding Ashland to just 1 shot on goal in a 3-0 victory at Paradiso Fields.

Overall TU held a commanding 18-3 edge in shots, including a 8-0 shutout in the second half. They also held a 6-2 edge in corner kicks. Cary Wilson got the shutout win in goal, making just 1 save over 90 minutes.

TU got on the board in the 23rd minute when Michael Bottomley took a long cross from Abdoul Magid Sy left to right and headed it home. The Dragons wasted no time tacking on another goal, as Michael McPeek took a cross from Andre Landell right to left and put a diving header in the net in the 26th minute to make it 2-0 at the half.

TU finished off the scoring when Bottomley took another cross from Sy and drilled it home in the 60th minute.

TU improves to 8-1, 6-1 in the GLIAC.
