The Tiffin University men's golf team completed day one of its final fall tournament of the year at the Nemacolin Intercollegiate, where they currently sit eighth place overall.

Some difficult and wet conditions caused a late start as the teams were only able to get through roughly one and a half rounds. The second round will be completed tomorrow morning followed by the third and final round.

Mitchell Brassard and Johan Widal are the top two performing Dragons thus far. Brassard scored a 76 in round one and is even-par through the back nine for round two. Widal led the team after round one with a 73 but is currently three-over-par through eight holes in round two. The pair are both tied for 18th place overall.

The next three Dragons are all separated by just one stroke as Matt Flynn is in a tie for 33rd with a 76 in round one. He is six-over-par through nine in round two. Ryan Norkin follows in a tie for 36th place after a 79 in round one and four-over-par for round two with seven holes to go. Rounding out the scoring is Justin Hand who recorded a score of 80 and is now four-over-par in round two.

Tiffin looks to close out the tournament tomorrow to finish the fall season strong.
